Fees for 2026

REGISTRATION FEE: $38.50 including GST 

This annual, one-off fee secures your child’s place in our program and contributes to the essential protections and licensing required for safe, professional dance instruction. The fee supports:

• Public Liability Insurance

• Professional Indemnity Insurance

• Student Accident Insurance (covering accidents and injuries during participation)

• Music Licensing (APRA AMCOS & PPCA) to legally use music in classes and performances

These requirements ensure all classes operate under the appropriate safety, legal, and industry standards for dance education in Melbourne.

 

Fees Policy

All dance fees are invoiced per term. No fees will be invoiced for days when the school has curriculum days, swimming carnivals, camps, or other school-based closures.

Fees must be paid in full, or a payment plan arranged, by the first week of each school term to secure your child’s place in classes.

30 mins classes - Preschool Ballet & Jazz - Saturday Studio

$20.00 ($22.00 inc GST)

45 mins classes - Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, School Lunch time classes, Saturday Studio

$22.00 ($24.20 inc GST)

60 mins classes - Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary - Saturday Studio

$24.00 ($26.40 inc GST)

​

75 mins $28.00 ($30.80 inc GST)- After-school Class: 3.30-4.45pm

​

Term School Holiday Program - $75.00 ($82.50 inc GST) 

​

Assembly & Christmas Performance fee, covering costume hire, extra rehearsal and senior teacher services — $18 per student ($19.80 inc GST).

​Multi-class Discounts & Sibling Discount​

We offer Multi-Class Discounts of 5% when a child attends 2 classes per week & 10% when a child attends 3 classes per week.

5% Discount for 2nd Sibling.

10% Discount for 3rd Sibling.

 

Our term dates follow the Victorian Schools Term Times.

 

Classes do not run on Public Holidays and families are therefore not charged for classes on these days.

 

Fees are payable in full in advance and are due on the first day of each term.

All invoices, family information and consent forms are managed in our Class Manager Portal

Make-Up Dance Classes

We understand that sometimes your child needs to miss a lesson due to illness or personal reasons. We are pleased to provide two make up classes per term to those students with the following conditions:

 

Makeup classes can be organised through our Customer Portal using your unique log-in details.

​​

• Makeup classes are offered at the after school program from following schools:

(Elsternwick Primary, St James Primary, Gardenvale Primary, Brighton Primary)

​

• Notification of missed classes must occur at least 2hrs before your child's lesson time.

• Makeup lessons must be completed within the same term and cannot be carried into next term.

 

• Makeup lessons cannot be exchanged for cash refunds or credits towards next-term fees.

 

• If you do not notify us that a lesson or makeup lesson was not going to be attended you will forfeit the lesson.
