Insurance & Registration Fee for 2025 ($35 per student per year, non-refundable)
The insurance & registration fee is a one-time charge fee to ensures that all students are covered in case of accidents or injuries while participating in dance classes, rehearsals, or performances at Rise Up Dance Program. Registration fee is required to secure your child's’ spot in the dance program and is non-refundable.

Make-Up Dance Classes

We understand that sometimes your child needs to miss a lesson due to illness or personal reasons. We are pleased to provide two make up classes per term to those students with the following conditions:

Makeup classes can be organised through our Customer Portal using your unique log-in details.

• Makeup classes offered subject to availability.

• Makeup classes are offered at the after school program from following schools:

(Elsternwick Primary, St James Primary, Gardenvale Primary, Brighton Primary)

- Notification of missed classes must occur at least 2hrs before your child's lesson time. This is best done through our customer portal or email Miss Leisa directly leisa.riseupdance@gmail.com

- Makeup lessons must be completed within the same term and cannot be carried into next term.

- Makeup lessons cannot be exchanged for cash refunds or credits towards next-term fees.

- If you do not notify us that a lesson or makeup lesson was not going to be attended you will forfeit the lesson.

Photographic and Filming Consent

Thank you for being a part of our dance program! In order to capture the exciting moments during our classes, events and performances, we occasionally take photos or videos. These may be used for promotional purposes, such as marketing material, social media, and our website.
I, the undersigned, give permission for Rise Up Dance to take photographs and/or videos of my child during dance classes, rehearsals, events, and performances. I understand that these images and videos may be used for the following purposes:
• Promotional materials (flyers, brochures, posters)
• Website (officially dance school website)
• Other marking efforts related to the schools actives (Term Newsletters).
I understand that I will not be compensated for the use of any photographs or videos that feature my child or me and I waive any right to approve or inspect the final images and videos​​

Agreement & Waiver
By Signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions of Rise Up Dance, including payment of term fees upfront. Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of each Term and Invoices are issued via our accounts system. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Missed classes for 2025 (please read our terms and conditions of our make up classes section on the Rise Up Dance website)
