Class Enrolment

Insurance & Registration Fee for 2026 ($38.50 per student per year, non-refundable)

The $38.50 registration fee is a one-off annual payment that secures your child’s place and contributes to essential requirements such as public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, student accident insurance, and music licensing needed to operate safely and legally.

​Agreement & Waiver
By Signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions of Rise Up Dance, including payment of term fees upfront. Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of each Term and Invoices are issued via our accounts system. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Missed classes for 2026 (please read our terms and conditions of our make up classes section on the Rise Up Dance website)
